The look on his face is priceless. As someone who is afraid of heights, changing a light on a high ceiling is a bit of a problem. I understand Alvin completely, and I love this illustration.
Love your simple style! I think the light bulb is the screw in type. One of the UK's less wonderful inventions is the 'bayonet' bulb which you have to push into the socket and then turn. Add that dangerous activity to standing on a chair/ladder and you're heading for the shakes and a certain accident.
